Leads

A lead represents a prospective buyer for one of your projects. Leads can be manually assigned to a team member affiliated with the project, as well as automatically (eg. round robin). You can update the lead's status (eg. cold, warm, hot, etc.), keep notes, and manage communications with them right in Edgewise. Emails sent to leads through Edgewise are tracked, allowing you to know if they've read your email, and when. Additionally, you can schedule your email sends (eg. follow-ups) using saved templates.
