Lead staleness
Leads are marked as stale depending on the date of the last interaction. The number of days between last interaction and staleness depends on the current status of the lead.

|---|---|
NEW | 24 hours old without an interaction (leads should be moved very quickly from "NEW" to a more appropriate status) |
OPEN | 45 days without an interaction |
WARM | 14 days without an interaction |
HOT | 7 days without an interaction |
COLD | Will not be marked as "Stale" |
Staleness will update within 24 hours
