Project Overview
Your project overview will display a dashboard of the most important items for a single project. To navigate to your project overview, select your project in the left hand navigation menu or search for your project in the search bar at the top. Then click "Overview" underneath your project name and details.
Marketing Analytics
If your project is active and set up, you'll see several squares at the top highlighting recent results from your sales and marketing efforts like New Views, New Leads, New Sales, and more.
Inventory Status
Your inventory status page will display a real-time availability summary for your project. Learn more about inventory management here.
Recent Leads and Appointments
Your project's most recent leads will be shown here. At a glance, you'll be able to see basic lead details, when they became a lead, and their assigned salesperson. For more details, click into their lead profile directly from the dashboard. Learn more about lead profiles here.
Appointments will also be shown here if added to a lead's profile.
Negotiations, Reservations, and Offers
If enabled, recent negotiations, reservations, and offers will appear here.
For negotiations, you can directly click into a negotiation to see details as well as engage directly with the buyer. You'll be able to Accept, Reject, or Counter. Learn more about negotiations here.
For reservations, you can click directly into the lead profile to manage any active reservations. Learn how to enable online reservations here.
For Offers, you'll be able to click directly into the lead profile to edit offer details, generate a deal sheet, and/or generate a purchase agreement. Learn more about managing offers here.
Recent Buyers and Upcoming Closings
In this section, you'll be able to see your recent buyers and any upcoming actions you may need to take to complete your closing. Closings will be ordered chronologically, so you can make sure to stay ontop of the latest steps to bring the buyer from contract to close.
