Online negotiations
If you've enabled Spec Offers on your project and units and allow for reservations on Edgewise's marketplace, you can directly negotiate with prospective buyers online. New offers will generate a notification (review notification settings here), and you'll be able to see them in your "Overview" dashboard.
- Log in to your Edgewise Seller Central dashboard.
- In the "Recent Negotiations" pane, you'll see any recent pending, rejected, or closed negotiations for your projects.
- Accepted
- Rejected
- Expired
- Pending
- Click on any negotiation to see a single spot for all back and forth negotiations with a prospective client and to respond to their proposed offer.
Note: Both parties have up to 48 hours to respond to a counter or proposed offer. If there is no response, then the proposed offer is cancelled.
