Purchase Agreements
Edgewise does not have an official Agreement of Sale. You can use any AoS you like, using any method you like.
A common scenario is to send a digital AoS following a reservation (e.g. via DocuSign). After the AoS is signed, you can upload to the buyer's dashboard manually or via DocuSign integration), as well as generate an invoice for the deposit. The buyer will be notified of the invoice, and be able to log in and make a payment via debit card or ACH. Learn how to add a document or DocuSign envelope to a lead here.
Per the terms of your AoS, you can transfer the deposit funds to any one of the accounts you've set up with Edgewise (eg. operating account for early cashflow, escrow account, etc.). Learn how to add a payment account here.
