Invoicing and Payment Processing

Through Edgewise, you can create an invoice for a buyer, and process payments. The buyer will be notified of the invoice via email, and they can log in to make a CC / Debit Card, or ACH payment. You can transfer the funds to any acccount you've connected to Edgewise (escrow, operating account, etc.).

Potential invoice / payment examples:

• Purchase Agreement deposit
• Upgrades invoice
• Change orders

Since both you and the buyer have access to the payment transaction history, it makes the closing process smoother.
