Organizations

Organizations are what enable you and your team access to projects. Every organization assigned to a project is given a role (e.g. "builder," "agency," "broker," etc.). Roles determine the default permissions of the individual collaborators on the project. This permission structure allows everyone associated with the project in Edgewise, while maintaining certain visibility and authorization protections. There is no cost to creating an organization, and it is free to add members. Edgewise does not charge "seat licenses".

Organizations are also how new projects are created and managed. Every project is "owned" by one organization. To create a new organization, contact your Edgewise sales representative or email support@edgewise.io.
