The project analytics tab displays a variety of marketin analytics for your project over time. Marketing analytics are key in ensuring your different marketing channels and campaigns are performing at optimal efficiency while allowing you to make adjustments based on performance.

You can easily adjust the time period at the top to display the timeframe most relevant to you.

Performance and Conversion Analytics

If you have our Google Analytics marketing integration enabled, Edgewise will analyze your teaser site's traffic data to display your stats in one easy to understand dashboard alongside your Edgewise analytics like units sold, offers, reservations, and leads. Edgewise ewill also display your sales volume, average sales price, price per square foot, and other useful analytics to help yo umake informed decisions. Depending on integrations and set up, your conversion funnel will also demonstrate how efficient your leads are being converted into offers and sales.

Lead Source Analytics

Where your leads are coming from is one of the most important things you need to understand for your project to optimize its sales and marketing efforts. Edgewise allows for a flexible way to capture information to best determine your marketing strategy.

Primary Sources

Edgewise offers a variety of way to initially capture and register leads. These leads will automatically be assigned a "Primary Source" depending on how they register. Learn more about lead registration here.

Secondary Sources

Primary sources come from a predetermined list of sources; however, secondary sources can be customized to your needs and automatically assigned to relevant leads. Learn more about secondary lead sources here.

UTM Parameters

Edgewise will also capture UTM codes which allow you to understand which specific digital media sources leads are coming from. You can add UTM codes to any URL which will then be captured by Edgewise's API when a lead enters their contact information. All paid digital ads support UTM codes. This allows you to understand in greater detail which marketing campaigns and messages and performing and converting.
