Floor Plans

All units inherit their information from a floor plan which includes details like square footage, bed/bath numbers, and more. Floor plans are very flexible to support any type of project. If you are a custom builder and every floor plan is different, please contact us at support@edgewise.io.

  1. Select the project in the left hand navigation column.
  2. Choose the “Project” tab and click “Floor Plans”
  3. Click “New Floor Plan” and enter some basic details. Title, Base Price, Interior Square Feet, and Bed/Bath specifications are required.
  4. Enter any additional details if you have them. Floor plans will display publicly with the Title field unless overridden by a “Display Name.”
  5. Click “Save” and you’ll see your new floor plan added to the list.

Adding floor plan details

Floor plans support a variety of additional documents and details designed to help buyers learn more about specific units including images, drawings, videos, documents, elevations, and more!

  1. Select the project in the left hand navigation column.
  2. Choose the “Project” tab and click “Floor Plans”
  3. Basic details are editable by clicking “Edit” under the relevant floor plan. This will change the specifications for any unit linked to this floor plan as well.
