CallRail

The Edgewise CallRail integration enables the ability to sync phone calls and SMS to Edgewise leads. Additionally, you can send an SMS to a lead within Seller Central.

The association is between a CallRail "tracker" and an Edgewise project. All phone numbers with the tracker will sync to the associated project. An Edgewise project can have multiple CallRail trackers, but a tracker can only be associated to one project.

Setup

  1. Log into CllRail and navigate to the "Settings" page.
  2. Click "API Keys" (under "DATA ACCESS").
  3. Click "Create API V3 Key". A new key will appear.
  4. Copy this new key (after 15 min, the key will no longer be able to be copied).
  5. In Edgewise, navigate to the your organization settings, click into "Integrations", select CallRail, and click "Install".
  6. In the popup, enter your CallRail API key copied from earlier and save.
  7. Click "Configure" for the newly installed integration.
  8. In the list of CallRail trackers, select the project you want associated to each tracker and save.

Syncing

Trackers sync every 60 minutes. This means it can take up to an hour to see phone calls and SMS appear in Seller Central. Any SMS sent from withing Seller Central will immediately sync.
