Calendly

The Edgewise Calendly integration enables the ability to sync Calendly events to Edgewise appointments.

Each Calendly "event type" associates with a single Edgewise project. For example, suppose you have an Edgewise project called "Acme Condos". In Calendly, you can create an "Acme Condos Virtual Tour" event type and associate this event type with your "Acme Condos" Edgewise project. When someone creates the event in Calendly, this will then create an appointment in Edgewise, and assign to a lead with the matching email address. If no lead is found with a matching email address, Edgewise will create a new lead.

Edgewise syncs Calendly events every 5 minutes.

How to enable the Calendly integration

1. Navigate to your organization settings
2. Select "Integrations"
3. Click "Calendly" and "Install"
4. Click "Configure". You should see a list of your Calendly event types.
5. For each event type, select the project you wish to associate events.
6. Click "Save"
